What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, company (if provided), and message. This is processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider, and forwarded to us at contact@snowberry.se.

When analytics is enabled on this site, we collect anonymised, aggregate visit data (pages viewed, referring site, device type) through a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.

Why we collect it

Contact form data is processed to respond to your enquiry — our legal basis is legitimate interest in answering business enquiries you've chosen to send us. Analytics data is processed to understand how the site is used and improve it, on the same basis; because it's anonymised and aggregate, it does not require cookie consent under GDPR.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and are deleted when no longer needed for that purpose. Aggregate analytics data is retained in line with the analytics provider's default retention period.

Who else sees it

Formspree (form processing) and our analytics provider process data on our behalf as data processors. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's processed. Contact contact@snowberry.se for any of these requests.
